4. Payments and Billing

Subscription fees are billed monthly according to the plan you select. Payment information is processed and stored securely by our payment partner, Stripe, and is not stored on our servers. In addition to subscription fees, transaction fees apply as outlined in your selected plan. Standard Stripe processing fees also apply.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers who contact support within 14 days of signing up.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Sellwithbio for any unlawful purpose or to sell products that violate applicable laws. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content and products you upload toSellwithbio. By using our platform, you grant us a limited license to display and deliver your content to your customers as part of the service.

8. Communications

You can opt-out of promotional emails at any time, but will continue to receive essential service-related communications regarding your account and subscription.

9. Limitation of Liability

Sellwithbio is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
